Ok, so it's 'supposedly' Spring. The first few days were sunny and warm but for the past few days, it has been cold and rainy. Gross. Why am I talking about the weather? Because today, I was just sitting and looking at y homework..when BOOM pshhs ooh ah pooooooow laskkfhelhafsjn. That was a thunder..then 5 minutes later: The same as last time.
Our whole house shook. This does not mean we live in a bad, weak, lame house. It's just that the thunder was really..really loud and strong.

There is this really nice ice-cream that we bought..I could tell you but I can't be bothered to go to the fridge and look at the name. Too bad. Muhahahahahah :D

10 days till holidays :) I think it's going to be boring so I'm not very keen for the holidays because you know you won't want to go back to school but you have to and all this drama and blah blah blah. Jeez. Can't we just have 6 months holidays (July-Dec) and then 6 months school (Jan-Jun)?? It would be much MUCH easier. But NOOO we have to have SEMESTERS and TERMS and SEASONS and echh.

Harvard Law School/Broadway

What are the most amazing places in the world..well there are others but what are the most interesting places for me?

Harvard Law School and Broadway. I didn't want to make my title too big so I will just write the other places here: I want to move to sunny California (Beverly Hills) and attend Beverly Hills high school. I'm not saying this because of the famous people but because at this school they have many plus points.

I have been to USA once but I only went around CA.

HLS is in Massachusetts and Broadway is in New York.

It has been my dream to go to Broadway..I really want to see Wicked with Idina Minzel and Kristen Chenoweth. Not the weird Australian one. As well as Les Miserables, Funny Girl, Lion King, Give my regards to Broadway, Annie and The Addams family.

The tickets are really expensive but I really want to watch Wicked, Annie, Les Mis, Funny Girl and The Addams Family. The others I would just like to see.

What I really want to see is Lea Michele and Jenna Ushkowitz in Spring Awakening although it is a bit towards the adult side. I just want to see it because of Lea and Jenna because they are in Glee.
I think Matthew Morrison is also in a Broadway show but I don't know which one.

Wouldn't it be amazing to be on Broadway?

You can sing, act, dance and just be the happiest you have ever been or ever will be in your life! It's a really amazing thing..Broadway :D

Well, I think we are all as confused as the weather.

It's really cold. My hands are cold.

Something really cool: We have this little Buddah statue at the front of our house near the window, right across the road, there is this huge group of trees and together they form the same statue. The statue is Buddah meditating and the tree formation is EXACTLY and when I mean exactly..I mean it.

Glee season 2 starts on September 21st.
I'm so excited :D I could go on and on about it but..some people who don't like Glee (they're horrible btw) will get bored and go away.
I have never died so much for a show but this show is so moving and I can't wait.

Charice Pempengco is going to be in it! She is this amazing singer and I'm happy for her :D

I enjoy maths because of Alex. Alex is this girl who cries when we laugh and we laugh all the time..It's really funny.
Today it took us 1/3 of the lesson to get the laptop working because her laptop died because she dropped it (tsk tsk)
and then we started talking with an accent AND then her neck locked into a spot and she started crying so much.
Let's just say she looked like a tomato for the whole lesson..hahaa

Russell Peters..who has heard of him? Well, he is a comedian and he is half Indian. TWIST!! He makes fun of Indians at the same time. I laugh at the jokes and I am Indian. So I really don't mind. He isn't saying anything bad but also defends India. So it levels up.

For the past couple of weeks, I have really wanted to move the US.
Who wouldn't want to move there?
They have everything over there and the people are supposed to be nicer which will be a change because walking around in shops or in the city here, it's like: GET ME OUT OF THIS PLACE!!

I have this one teacher (for privacy purposes and I don't want to get in trouble even though she has to) she is so horrible! Gosh I hate her so much. She is so rude. Why can't someone go ahead and sue her already. I mean they say they will but they never do.

Most singers are really good when you hear them on cd's and on the radio right?
Well, have you ever heard them on real? You might have and realised that: They can't sing the high pitch. They either go into head voice or go lower. I find this annoying because if you try to sing along, it ruins everything when they change it. Lea Michele has such a good voice! It's so annoying and when she sings live, it's just as good! It's so annoying!

WHO HAS WATCHED PINEAPPLE DANCE STUDIOS??

It is a really funny show based around dance (of course), a teacher, Andrew Stone, who wants his music group, Starman, go world famous. I mean he can sing, dance and act so why douldn't it go big? Anyway, it's just a really funny show and you guys should watch it if you're in the mood for some: music, dance or comedy!

Glee is starting on 21st September (USA) so probably later in the everywhere else.

I actually do this because sometimes I can't go to sleep, but one thing that is bad is, it get's really interesting so that will distract your sleep. Haha.

Earthquake

On Friday the 16th of April, there was an earthquake in Adelaide. I was lying in the same room as my cousin when we heard this huge gush of wind outside the window. She was like, what was that? An earthquake? I thought it was a really low plane because we live near a small plane airport. My other cousin and and aunt were talking about what that was. I went outside and my cousin said that her table shook. Our beds didn't shake but the windows did. We didn't know what it was so we decided to see the news the next day to see if anything had happened.

The next day when our newspaper came, there was an earthquake where the level of the tremor was 3.2. The earthquake spread all the way as Salisbury but nothing happened to the CBD. From the second after the earthquake happened, around 10 groups on Facebook were made such as: I survived the Adelaide earthquake or Quick earthquake! Run, wait I have to go make a Facebook group. This happened within seconds of the 10 - 15 second earthquake.

Apparently there is supposed to be a big earthquake in Adelaide next year which should also be felt in Melbourne and Sydney. SA should be the 'Earthquake state' instead of the festival state or state of churches.

I have been in the place which has had an earthquake. Twice, but never felt it.

1st time was in India in 2004. For more information on the Tsunami, I have written a blog a few years ago but if you search September 2005, you will find it. Haha.

The 2nd time was 3 weeks ago. I didn't even know until 5 minutes ago.

3rd time was on Friday.

A day with no parents

Well today, my mum, aunt, uncle and brother went to stay at a hotel because they wanted to see how it would be for a gathering.
I stayed with my two older cousins. The good thing is that they are both girls. The bad thing is, they both had assigmnents so it was a bit boring. I was on the laptop for the whole day, it actually didn't get boring. I had nothing else to do. Each one of us were in different rooms. I was in the TV room where you can see the kitchen and dining room through a glass window. 1 of my cousins were in the study and the other was in her bedroom. I was in the middle of the house and it's kind of creepy because my eldest cousin 'sees things'. She's not psychic or anything, she just sees things. Especially in this house. There was this one time where we all went to see if the mysterious lady lying on the sofa was still there. She had seen this. I started to cry then started laughing uncontrollably. This happened for about 20 minutes. Anyway, back to the story. I was just sitting and playing a game on my computer when this white shadow drifts across my periferal vision. I look up to see and that the white shadow can still be seen but then if just dissapeared within seconds. This was at 4:30pm. Then at 6:30 I see a figure on the other side of the glass window. I turn around and see that t wasn't there and there was nothing on the wall or anything that could have caused the this figure. I continue minding my own business. At 8:00 there comes the shadow again. I decided to ignore it this time. We ate only junk food today. The only healthy thing I had today was the 10 carrot pieces. We watched a random movie which I don't know the title to.
Does anyone see people, figures, shadows which you feel is suspicious.

Nothing has really happened in the world in the couple of days that have been that excting. My second eldest cousin (Not the one in the story. The ones in the story are the 4th and 6th eldest cousins) got an iPad. He lives in America which means that they can get it before the people in Australia. I want to see it!

How to survive 2012 and other stuff which was on my mind

Well, school is starting soon and yeah...not in the mood.

It's going to be a boring time because, well because it is.

I have been eating a lot of chocolate but I have actually been losing weight, which is a bit weird.

Glee is on next Tuesday for people who live in Australia.

I saw the most random ad on the television a few days ago. It was about trying to get the Fifa world cup to Australia. The thing is, they are trying (emphasis on the 'trying') to get it in the year 2018 or 2022. Which is 8 0r 12 years away. What a loser of a country Australia is. Even if I was born in Australia, I'd like to live in USA.

Mostly in LA because cool people live there but also in DC because the president lives there. But other than that, California.

I do want to do my undergraduate in Harvard Law school. Harvard Law is situated in Massachusetts.

Massachusetts wasn't the number 1 state on my list.

I wonder what University/college I will attend before Harvard. Hopefully I can just go on to Harvard Law right after High School.

My brother is planning to do his medicine in Harvard but I didn't check if medicine is available in Harvard.

Could be a problem for him.

HOW TO SURVIVE 2012

The movie '2012' just puts me off just a bit. Why? I have dreams. Dreams that will only come AFTER 2012.

It just makes me wonder if the Mayans just couldn't go past or the calender for the future hasn't been found yet and the silly people of the world are making false statements and saying that the world will definitely end in 2012.

I will laugh my heart out if I wake up alive in December 21st after 8am.

I will also watch the movie '2012' and laugh at every time they say. 'We are going to die'.

Now there are worse predictions which state that the world is going to die before: 18 - 21st July.

Who are these people kidding???

If you are worried about the end of the world...

From the earliest time that people could remember from, the scientists have been saying: The world will end in 4yrs. In 4yrs: The world will end in 4yrs. The last thing that was said was: The world will end in 1988.

Hmmmmm. If the world ended then, my mum wouldn't have given birth to me years later and I wouldn't be here typing this blog.

If you own an iPod touch or iPhone, you will have found a '2012' app which gives you a countdown of how many years, months, days, weeks, hours and seconds till the end.

What do you do if the countdown ends but you are still alive?

Please don't think: Oh My God! We could die...NOW...NOW...3, 2, 1...NOW...NOW...I know it, NOW.

And definitely do not keep saying that until you die of old age or somebody beats you to death because you keep saying: we are going to die...now.

Obviously, you are not going to die because of some silly accusation.

Tips to stay alive before, during and after: Doomsday

1. Don't jump off a cliff because you don't want to see others die with you. You might survive.

2. Don't get paranoid.

3. Don't spend all your money because you have never lived before, you have lots of money and you don't want it to go to waste.

4. Don't go crazy and make the others around you want to kill you. Because you might end up in an asylum for the 2yrs you have to live.

5. If you don't want to think positive, stay with your family.

6. Don't cry and say: We're all going to die, at every moment you can say something.

7. Try and do everything you've always wanted but don't kill yourself doing them.

8. Be prepared on the day and to be extra sure you are prepared for the day, watch '2012' so you'll know what will happen on the day.

9. If you want to be happy, do not do tip 8 and watch other movies which don't involve 2012.

10. After the day and you are still living, don't keep thinking that you will die.

11. There is a chance that you will live for another 4yrs so forget 2012.

12. In 2013, or the day after, watch 2012 and laugh at the movie and throw stuff at the directors if you ever see them in person.

13. Follow these rules and you'll survive 2012.

Well, so far the holidays have been quite boring.

I've had many apples which have been boring. But the real apple I want is the apple iPad.

The iPad looks so cool and...touch screeny. It's like a giant version of the iPhone and iPod touch but you can't call.

You can play the same games but they are cooler and bigger.

I saw a video of people smashing the iPad and I was thinking, you should have

given it to me!

It's pretty cool using different fonts:

Small.

It just makes everything...prettier and more attractive.

Well anyway, I downloaded an app on my phone the other day.

STILL hasn't finished downloading.

This is because our internet is the slowest thing in the world right now.

That is way too long to wait for!

I can't take the slowness.

Can you believe that we have holiday homework.

These holidays have been so boring.

Oh goly gosh. I'm just writing random blogs now. It makes me feel...happy.

I had an odd day. This is because I watched the Lady Gaga and Beyonce 'Telephone' music video. It was slightly disturbing....scratch that. HIGHLY disturbing. I recommend people to just LISTEN to the song and not WATCH it. It'll help you progress in life. I was much happier before the video came out.

This is the same as Ke$ha's 'Blah blah blah'. I find her annoying so that'w why I like her song but if you don't analyse the lyrics like what my brother does, you'll like it. You won't know what the lyrics are. You'll just want to sing.

So anyway. Everyday since the first day of holidays, we have had some social gathering and yesterday I ate like a million chocolate eggs. They were different. Turkish delight eggs and 'crunchie' eggs.

Yesterday I wanted to watch the move which had Mel Gibson. I don't remember what the name was but it had something to do with Jesus and Satan.

Unfortunately there was cricket and I ended up not being able to watch it. I hate cricket. It's just so boring and weird.

Well, today my day started with a SOSE test which was kind of easy and that I saw that I had ticks on it!!

That was kind of a downside but it got better, I got another 'Hey Baybeh' which was good :) I finished my health and nutrition, I'm almost done with my PLP and LAT.

The school holidays are coming soon! 3 more days till the holidays.

I had a free today, that's when I got everything finished. Well most of it. I only got to go on the lift 2 times today, that was sad. It's really not.

I can't wait till next semester because I want to do my other electives. I'm getting a little bored of ASX. The teacher is starting to pick on us 3 (the cheeseballs)

Out of this world.

Well today, I was bored and annoyed at school because I had 2 tests today. What made my day was when Emilia said: Hey Baybeh :) She's great :)

Today was...odd

The bird man came and put bread right where we were sitting. We named the only brown pigeon ofter Daniel H, just because we felt like it. Brandon did this thing where he ran through the pigeons and made them fly...fly!!!

They flew over our heads which was kind of disgusting because they could have done something to us.

The fat pigeon ate all of the french fires that was thrown to them.

We had two yucky tests. I'm not exactly a fan of tests. Liana's phone started ringing through the maths test. This happened on wednesday:

Me: Why do you have a shower at midnight?

Donna: When I have a shower at midnight and when I go to bed, it naturally curls my fringe.

School is kind of getting boring but it's the people who make it cool.

It kind of actually makes sense. Bahahaha!

The lift at our school can only fit 13 people or 1000kgs. The thing is, we got 14, 15 or 16 people on it. Not my idea. I was just standing at the back of the lift. It started beeping which didn't worry anybody since I was the only person who heard it (apparently).

It was an interesting Friday.

There is this lolly shop in the city and it's got everything. It's just a bit expensive. I just buy stuff from the bargain basket. Haha, it's still got everything that I want like lollipops, raw sugar cube thingies and just other cool stuff.

Enough about lollies now.

We watched a movie in English which had Whoopi Goldberg. It's was kind of weird but It was good.

Bored out of my wits.

I hate body modification things, they're so lame. I think that little girls should not be turned into little creepy 30's looking people. It's really creepy and especially due to the fact that babies who can't even walk are being modeled for unnecessary clothes.

I don't know why but I have this sudden obsession of hole punching. It's just really fun to punch holes into paper that is not needed. I'm collecting the paper circles to throw it. It's weird, but it's fun.

Everyone is lame. Getting weird for anything.

Except for the cool year 12s. Neha and Harry. They're funny and weird oh and LOUD!! That's the good things. It makes them friendly.

I have only have 2 friends in year 12. It's very exciting, but next year they won't be there. :'(

I miss my friends from Sydney, they were the coolest people in the world although I think they're starting to forget me. I want to sit with different people everyday here. Just to be friends with everybody.

I'm still interested in joining the mafia. It's pretty cool and I want to start one and become the leader because I'm inspired by the originals. You might be thinking, she's just a girl what can she do But, you thought wrong! I'll have the most successful mafia in the whole world and you can't find me. I'm flying through my ideas. That's a good thing.

There is this girl called sophia at school. She's so funny and she kind of looks like an angel because of her hair. It sounds weird and stalkerish but, it's true...

So much is happening but it feels like nothing is happening at all.

I'm kind of annoyed by the people (some) at school.

This Week

On wednesday, Donna and lisa left me and went to the sticker photos. I was alone because the people I was sitting with just walked away. I don't like them.

After that happened, we had lat where we had to watch a movie on body modification. It was weird and gross.

Did you know Japan had a mafia and they have a whole body tattoo with dragons? The tattoos have to be stopped at the wrist and ankles so the public don't see it and run away. Also there is a gap down the chest so when they wear shirts you can't see it when they are wearing button up shirts. It's kind of gross. I saw the pictures that donna and lisa took. It was pretty cool. I would have liked to go.

They promised to take me next wednesday because they usually let us go to lunch earlier then.

We have this subject called LAT (learning about thinking) and there are these 2 people in year 12 who are my friends and they think it's 'lame' or 'haha, learning about THINKING'!!!

It's not that funny.

I promised I would not fight with Harry so, I can't say anything about him. haha :)

Neha and Harry are the ones who laugh. They're nice but can also be...(look above)

We have a teacher who tells us all about her family, which is kind of weird. She shows us pictures of where she went for holidays. She's really nice though.

I want to start my own mafia right here in Australia. There is one but that is made by Italians. I'm going to make my own and instead of drugs, I'm going to smuggle...the most amazing best tasting super yummy sweet and/or chili sugar and spice (word withheld because it is not going to be stolen by any people who want to start their own mafia)

I watched a show which showed all the gangs/mafia.

My idol is either 'The DON' or "Godfather'

They are amazing.

Hamish and Andy are stuck in my head! This is not a bad thing, it's a great thing and I listen to them everyday. They're radio hosts by the way. They have these hilarious talks and they discuss the MOST unimportant things like a song about hating mondays. I only know the 1st verse:

It's just really random but everybody all over the world knows who they are. In the photos above, the one on the left tapping the Mic is Hamish Blake and the on the right in Andy Lee. Hamish is the weird one and Andy at least makes a little (tiny) bit of sense. Watch some of the videos on You Tube because they are hilarious. Before, they used to make videos on Rove and also have a radio show but now Rave finished his show so Hamish and Andy only have a radio show and occaisonaly make videos.

Cat Dog

On Friday, during English, Donna and Lisa were singing a song and not knowing the full lyrics just made it more annoying!

Well, the song was the cat dog theme song and this is how much they knew:One day, a wolf and a bird.. something something.. CATDOGGGGG! ♬ and apparently, that's not even the right lyrics.

Lisa: What if they're not even the right lyrics?

Me: You'd like that.

*silence*

On Thursday during science, we had an argument, this argument has happened many times and even happened on Friday.

I think i'm improvising the words for the Friday argument but here goes the Thursday argument (I took this from Donna).

Sri: You're a bully.
Lisa: No, YOU'RE a bully.

Sri: No, you're the bully because I'm younger than you.

Lisa: That doesn't have.. any logical reasons.

Sri: Go away, I don't like you.

Donna + Lisa: BAHAHAHHAAHAHAHHA

Sri: It's not FUNNY.
Lisa: Whoa, PMS much.
Sri: I said go away. I'm not talking to you.

Well, we have lots or arguments like this but, thats the beauty of friendship.

This argument continued onto Friday:

Me: You're still a bully

Lisa: No, you're STILL a bully.

Me: Stop bullying me, I'm younger than you oh and TALLER!

Lisa: That doesn't have any logical reasons.

Me: Go away

*I walk away and poke Donna*

It seems Donna finds it 'cute' how I put emphasis on 're' from retard because on the 1st day I met Donna, I said: you're a REtard. I just find it odd...

Maths is one of the funniest lessons because two 'rebels' who come late to class, get out of being punished because they make jokes

Rebel number 1:

*Johnny walks in to class 20mins late*

Teacher: Johnny!

Johnny: I'm sorry I'm sorry.

Teacher: Why are you so late?

Johnny: Oh, my brother got pulled over by a cop.

Everyone: *Laughing*

Teacher: You're brother got pulled over by a cop? Why?

Johnny: He was speeding

Everyone: *murmuring with slight giggles*

Teacher: Ok, take your seat.

Rebel Number 2:

*Anthony walks in 35mins late*

Teacher: Anthony!

Anthony: I'm really sorry.

Teacher: Why are you late? Again?

Anthony: I got pulled over by a cop.

Everyone: *Laughing*

Teacher: You? You got pulled over by a cop?! Why?

Anthony: I ran a redlight.

Everyone: *Talking with giggles*

Teacher: Sit down and don't be late to class again!

I feel there is some slight resemblance between the 2 cases..Leaves you thinking.

G-g-g-good day everybody!!

Today is the 1st day of a 4 day weekend!

Well today at school was a very interesting day. Everybody wanted to go to school and some people (I will not mention) got to finish at 12:30 unlike me who had to finish at 3:05.

Is that the coolest name or what? That's the name of our team for the challenge! I wasn't included in the name making but, this is a some what, ok name...

Today in English, we will be doing fractured fairytales.

English is so boring because we are doing fractured fairytales. This is when you choose a fairytale and twist it so it's no longer a proper tale. It's now a creepy, different and weird story. Seriously, you would NOT be able to sleep after this.

Me: I don't like English and what not.

Donna: Uh haha, you're smart.

Me: Uh..why?

Donna: Because you say things like "what not"

Me: Umm...ok...

*Silence*

Lisa: Be quiet Donna.

Me: Yeah, be quiet Donna.

Today I was happy. I was happy because I saw that donna had put me in her blog. I am now putting her in my blog.

Donna and Lisa (they're twins) came to school today. That was awesome.

Maths .MATHS. Maths. Mathematics. Math. Math nerds. Math geeks. Mathematicians...EINSTEIN!

Our teacher, our MATHS teacher gives us massive loads of maths. Fortunately, I had done the wrong homework exercise which was actually the work we had to do at school. This seems good for you right? WRONG! She made me do the working out for this but, I guess it's better if you learn how to do it and let it absorb in your mind. What if it is already absorbed?

Homework? Yep look! She's putting more homework. No. Yes. Yes, she is putting no oh..oh NO. The whole whiteboard is full of this...work.

Lisa: What did you think of me when you first saw me?

Me: You're asian. (Don't worry, we're both asians and we joke about this so we're not being racist to anyone because we are asians) and you talk alot.

Lisa: Uhuh. Anything else?

Me: Um, nope.

Donna: What did you think of ME?

Me: Um, you're asian and you talk too much.

Don't worry, Donna and Lisa are special people and they're not weird. They're just them because they are.

Culture Shock

Everyone knows you are not allowed to swear in primary school. At home we don't swear because our mum is against it and we are not used to it. This year I started High School. I thought that the difference between high school and primary school would be the changing classes and the older people. That was not the only difference. The week I started, the only thing I could hear were 'beep, beep, beep, chitchat, talktalk and swear, swear, swear'. (The beep, beep was a mobile phone.) I was shocked when I heard people swearing. Even in class there were people swearing including the teachers. I thought the teachers would stop them. I told my mum and she told me to ignore it. That is what I did. In my family no-one swears. I have never even said s-h-u-t u-p. I have to spell it on this. My friend just came from Taiwan and she doesn't know much english. She came last year. This year she has started talking English with swear words. Her mum is very annoyed. That is for culture shock, at least for me!
Any such experiences for any of you out there?

Santa, Tooth fairy and Easter bunny

We all love it when it is Christmas, Easter and when we lose a tooth, the coming of the Tooth Fairy, don't we. When I was little, I wasn't that interested in them. When I was three, my aunt was hiding easter eggs in the backyard as a surprise for me. My amma was keeping me in the car so my aunt could finish hiding them. I was getting impatient to get in the house. So, I said, ''Are we staying here so she (my aunt) can put the chocolates?" My amma didn't want me to realise the truth, so she was saying things like, ''Look! I saw the Easter bunny run over there!'' I pretended like I believed her so that I did not disappoint her.

My brother - he is really a smartypants . He knows absolutely everything. Even though he is only nine. Sometimes he works out my questions (and I get annoyed, of course). One time my brother was talking to my amma about space, all the distances and other things you don't learn until year 9 or 10! He likes medical facts. So he was talking about brain surgery, heart, lungs and then he came to the mouth. He was talking serious stuff about the gums when he suddenly said, "How come the tooth fairy did not come and give me any money when my last tooth fell?'' My amma and I had a meaningful laughter exchanged. It is so funny when my brother, all of a sudden takes up the role of a normal child. It does not even suit him after all the big things he talks.

My amma & I have got into a pact that we will not reveal the truth to him yet - we want him to be a child in at least one way and enjoy it as much as he can. (I hope he does not see this blog of mine ;) )
